TM1 Reports is a mobile app designed exclusively for Ticketmaster clients, providing real-time data and insights about event sales, inventory, and attendance. This companion app to the powerful TM1 suite allows users to track and share event performance on the go. With TM1 Reports, you can stay connected to your event data wherever you are and make informed decisions.
The app offers a range of reports to help you analyze event performance. The Sales report allows you to check sales revenue in real-time, with breakouts by price level and ticket type. The Inventory report provides an interactive seat map for events, allowing you to pan and zoom to check seat status and other inventory details. The Sales Trends report enables you to evaluate activity trends across time or focus on a specific date. The Attendance report gives you insights into how many fans have arrived, identifies busy entry points, and helps you monitor scanning issues. Lastly, the Sales Comparison report allows you to compare sales across multiple events, using either saved groups or the multi-select feature.
TM1 Reports is also available for the Apple Watch, providing basic real-time sales and attendance data for select events. The watch app can be used independently or in conjunction with the iPhone app.
